ScentLab Return Policy

At ScentLab / SLFragrance.ca (Perfume Clique Inc.), your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and simple return process.


Return Window

  • Canada & U.S.: 30 days from delivery date


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • With tags and labels attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

⚠️ Opened or used fragrances, gift cards, and clearance items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.


How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at scentlabfragrance@gmail.com or (613) 276-0093 (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM EST).

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  3. We’ll issue a Return Authorization Number and instructions.

Please only ship returns to Rideau St. after receiving authorization.


Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection

  • Processing: 5–10 business days (plus bank timelines)

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect


Exchanges

The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order once your refund is confirmed.
