At ScentLab / SLFragrance.ca (Perfume Clique Inc.), your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and simple return process.

Return Window

Canada & U.S.: 30 days from delivery date

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

Unopened, unused, and in original packaging
With tags and labels attached
Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

⚠️ Opened or used fragrances, gift cards, and clearance items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Start a Return

Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
We’ll issue a Return Authorization Number and instructions.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection
Processing: 5–10 business days (plus bank timelines)
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect
